전북 정읍시가 미래 농업을 이끌 전문 농업인을 양성한다.

 

정읍시 농업기술센터는 지능형 농업(스마트농업) 기술을 현장에 보급하고 자료(데이터) 기반 영농을 실천할 전문 농업인을 양성하기 위해 오는 29일까지 '스마트팜 전문 기술'교육생 20명을 모집한다고 16일 밝혔다.

 

이번 사업은 농업인이 전문 기술과 경영 능력을 체계적으로 습득할 수 있도록 지원해 변화하는 농업환경에 대응할 수 있는 경쟁력을 높이기 위해 마련됐다.

 

지원 대상은 정읍시에 주소를 두고 거주하는 농업인과 예비 창업농이다.

 

지능형 농장(스마트팜) 도입을 희망하거나 기존 시설원예 농가 가운데 지능형 농장 체계로 전환할 계획이 있는 농업인이 신청할 수 있다.

 

신청을 희망하는 사람은 읍ㆍ면 주소지 관할 농업인상담소 또는 행정복지센터를 방문해 접수하면 된다.

 

교육은 오는 8월 6일부터 10월 1일까지 농업기술센터 교육장에서 총 8차례 진행된다.
