전북 정읍시가 청년 귀농ㆍ귀촌인들의 안정적인 정착을 돕기 위해 멘토단을 운영한다.

 

정읍시는 맞춤형 1:1 컨설팅으로 도시민들이 불안감 없이 지역에 안정적으로 뿌리내릴 수 있도록 돕는 '2026년 귀농ㆍ귀촌 멘토단'을 위촉했다고 31일 밝혔다.

 

이번에 위촉된 멘토는 선도 농가 대표와 선배 귀농귀촌인 등 영농 현장에서 실무 경험이 풍부한 전문가 4명으로 구성됐다.

 

멘토는 각자의 전문성을 바탕으로 귀농ㆍ귀촌인들이 행정적 절차부터 실제 경작 기술까지 폭넓은 자문을 제공하는 역할을 담당한다.

 

멘토 1인당 3명 이상의 멘티를 연결해 실질적인 도움을 주는 방식으로 운영된다.

 

선정된 멘토들은 오는 11월까지 약 8개월간 1대1 맞춤형 상담과 현장 밀착형 교육을 통해 초보 귀농인들의 든든한 길잡이 역할을 수행한다.
