2일 부안군에 따르면 행정안전부와 국가데이터처가 발표한 '2025년 4분기(10~12월) 인구 감소 지역 생활인구 산정 결과' 생활인구는 월평균 36만 3,921명ㆍ체류인구는 월평균 31만 5,106명을 기록해 2025년 연간 월평균 체류인구가 29만 2,141명으로 조사됐다.

 

특히 지난해 1분기부터 4분기까지 생활인구 산정 결과를 종합 분석한 결과, 연간 월평균 체류인구는 29만 2,141명으로 도내 인구감소지역 중 가장 많았다.
