지역 산업 수요에 부합하는 전문 인력을 양성하기 위해 훈련생을 모집한다.

 

전북 김제시는 청ㆍ장년층의 취업과 기업의 구인난을 해결하기 위해 한국폴리텍대학 전북캠퍼스에서 맞춤형 기술 인력 교육지원사업 훈련생을 모집한다고 26일 밝혔다.

 

훈련생 양성은 한국폴리텍대학과 협업 체계를 구축해 운영하는 사업이다.

 

모집 대상은 김제시에 거주하는 18세 이상 65세 이하의 청ㆍ장년층 미취업자로 제한된다.

 

각 과정별 약 20명을 선발해 4~6개월간 전문 교육을 이수하면 채용협약을 체결한 관내 기업과 연계해 취업이 이뤄질 수있도록 지원된다.

 

훈련생에게는 매월 30만 원의 수당이 지급되고 교육 종료 후에도 6개월간 고용 정보 제공과 취업 알선 등 사후 관리가 이뤄진다.

 

올해 교육은 ▲ 스마트 자동화 설비 실무 ▲ AI 기반 전기 설비 실무 과정이다.
