6.3지방선거 '부안군수' 출마를 선언한 전북특별자치도의회 김정기(부안) 의원이 28일 오후 2시 K컨벤션웨딩홀에서 출판기념회를 열고 정책 행보에 신호탄을 쏘아 올렸다.
